Our Story
Our founders have a deep understanding of traditional media in the agriculture industry. They knew that the brands and agencies they were currently serving would be in need of reaching farmer audiences digitally, beyond endemic Ag websites. Shortly after Precision Reach’s launch it became obvious that shortcomings in 3rd party data and look-alike modeling had been generating lots of ad waste when trying to reach tightly focused farmer audiences. As a result of those findings, Precision Reach was acquired by Farm Journal to hone in on optimal farmer audiences to generate high ROI campaigns.

Bob Schenck
Senior VP Business Development
With 25 plus years in the Ag media space, Bob oversees Precision Reach’s digital sales and marketing strategy. His diverse media background includes magazines, television, radio, custom publishing, database marketing and digital network ad sales. Early in 2016, Bob helped launch our founding company, Big Reach Network LLC, to bring data-driven programmatic advertising to brands and agencies serving agriculture and rural markets in the U.S. and Canada.
Michael Jung
Senior VP of Precision Marketing
Michael is passionate about solving business challenges with digital solutions. His curiosity about digital marketing and facilitation to deliver ever more efficient marketing campaigns is reflected in the growth of Precision Reach’s product portfolio. He has experience leading SaaS product teams across three key areas in production agriculture – producers, ag retailers, and ag media. Michael thoroughly understands the importance of marketing best practices to drive successful agribusiness outcomes not just great campaign metrics.
Calli Spengler
Programmatic Account Manager
Calli graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Agriculture Communications. She has been in the sales field for 4 and half years and is excited to start with the Precision Reach team. Calli’s strong background in the Ag field stems from her family farm operation in central Wisconsin (Country Lane Farm and TC Reds) where her family own and operates over 150 purebred Angus and Red Angus cattle where she is still highly involved with the family business. Currently, Calli and her husband (Kale) live in Iowa growing their own cattle operation at the Spengler Cattle Co. Calli is eager to expand her knowledge and customer-focused skills in her new role as Digital Sales Executive for Precision Reach.
Jason Pietraszewski
Programmatic Account Manager
Jason is a marketing and digital services veteran with more than 25 years experience in media. He heads up regional sales in Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, Southern Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. Having previously served as a Major/National Account Representative for the Minneapolis Star Tribune, Jason is experienced using data driven targeting, implementing multi-layer media campaigns and developing strategic partnerships with large retailers and advertising agencies. Jason also served 10 years as the Regional/National Advertising Director for Adams Publishing Group where he developed key accounts and helped lead digital media sales. Jason got his start as a grass roots local media rep for his rural community newspaper in central Minnesota.
Suzie Johnson
Director of Programmatic Operations
Suzie leads the Precision Reach Operations team as an original in-house ops team member starting in 2019. As a St. Olaf College alumna with numerous study abroad experiences, Suzie brings a unique network and lens to Precision Reach having studied and traveled around world. She’s seasoned in programmatic execution and optimizing campaigns to reach client objectives. Passionate about team building and ensuring the success of client campaigns, Suzie is growing the Operations team to keep up with the demand for digital programmatic campaigns and drive results for our clients.
Amanda Olson
Operations Team Lead
Amanda graduated from the College of Saint Benedict/Saint John’s University in the Spring of 2020 with a major in Global Business Leadership and a minor in Psychology. Studying abroad in Perth, Australia for a semester, she immersed herself in a new culture while having fun exploring and gaining insight to apply to her global business degree. Her experiences include doing B2B marketing and sales in the rubber and textile industry. Amanda has been with the Precision Reach team as a Digital Advertising Operations Specialist for 2 years. She has mastered the variety of advertising tools that Precision Reach utilizes and works with clients to ensure their goals are met. Amanda has been inspired by the creative ads she executes daily and has taken a deeper dive into the world of creative during her spare time. She has discovered a passion towards the combination of data and creativity.
Annika Weinberg
Digital Advertising Operations Specialist
Annika has always been curious about the evolution of media in a variety of industries, and they are excited to dive into Agriculture Marketing. Annika graduated from Northwestern University in the Spring of 2021 with a major in Communication Studies, minors in Legal Studies and Film & Media Studies, and a certificate in Integrated Marketing Communications. In Fall 2019, they studied abroad in Copenhagen, Denmark, where they studied topics ranging from sustainable urban planning to psychology of leadership. In Summer 2020, they worked with local businesses in Chicago to support their marketing strategies during the peak of the pandemic. Annika is thrilled to be working as a Digital Ad Operations Specialist with Precision Reach, and they look forward to executing clients’ goals with the powerful tools of data-driven programmatic.
Danielle Muepo
Digital Advertising Operations Specialist
Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Danielle relocated to Georgia in 2017. While working full time, she earned her bachelors in business administration with Southern New Hampshire University. She joined Precision Reach as a Digital Advertising Operations Specialist in 2022. She is excited to bring her passion for engagement and customer experience to the team.
Brooke Vogelsmeier
Digital Advertising Operations Specialist
Brooke graduated from Northwest Missouri State University in the spring of 2022 with a degree in Agricultural Media and an emphasis in advertising. She’s gained hands on experience in advertising and sales from her college newspaper. She served as an advertising sales rep for two years and the sales manager for one year. Her favorite part was helping evolve the advertising program from traditional to digital and social platforms. As a member of the Precision Reach team, Brooke is excited to continue her education in the agriculture field and help clients reach their goals.
Savanna Flynn
Digital Advertising Operations Specialist
Savanna graduated from Augsburg University where she studied Marketing and International Business. At Augsburg she was able to work in social media managing where she developed a skillset and passion around content creation and engagement. She also served in the Army National Guard for 6 years where she was able to lead teams and learn valuable skills. Savanna is thrilled to join the Precision Reach team as a Digital Advertising Operations Specialist and looks forward to growing her skill set and learning more about the agricultural industry and advertising.
Ruth Moder
Digital Advertising Operations Specialist
Ruth started her schooling at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a declared major of journalism. There, she took an advertising class, changed her major, and transferred to the University of St. Thomas. She graduated in the Spring of 2022 with a major in Strategic Communication and minors in Psychology and Communication Studies. During her time in school, Ruth was able to complete internships at TommieMedia, Allianz Life, and Brown & Brown Insurance. It was here that her passion for writing and corporate communications grew. Ruth is ready to learn about programmatic advertising in the agriculture space.
Hudson Borthwick
Digital Advertising Operations Specialist
Hudson graduated from Pepperdine University with a degree in Advertising and a minor in Computer Science. As an advertising student, Hudson worked on semester-long campaigns for real clients, where he developed a passion for consumer insights, data analysis, and media planning. Hudson is excited and eager to learn the ins and outs of programmatic advertising on the Precision Reach Operations Team. He looks forward to utilizing his passion for advertising and computer science in the ever-changing world of digital advertising.
Sophia Behling
Digital Advertising Operations Specialist
Sophia is from Minneapolis, MN and is studying Economics and Environmental Studies, with a concentration in Management Studies at St. Olaf College. She plans on graduating in May of 2023. Sophia spent the spring semester of 2022 abroad in Paris, where she studied French and Art, and had the opportunity to immerse herself in a new culture. Sophia is excited to be joining the Precision Reach team and working as an intern. She’s looking forward to learning more about programmatic advertising in relation to the agriculture industry.
Jake Reno
Digital Advertising Operations Specialist
Jake graduated from the University of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign) with a Masters in Business Management. Here, he discovered his passion for advertising, and business strategy. During his education Jake was able to work on semester long consulting projects, providing real-life businesses with solutions to their marketing problems. Jake has had the opportunity to work in a variety of fields from culinary to sports. In these positions, he learned the importance of formidable team chemistry and shared goals, as well as, how marketing and advertising efforts differ across these different sectors. Jake is excited to continue to learn and grow with the Precision Reach team, becoming fluent in programmatic advertising operations to deliver the best possible results for our clients.
Heidi Hoffman
Digital Advertising Operations Specialist
Heidi graduated from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities in 2023 with degrees in Agricultural Communication and Marketing & Animal Science. Growing up on a hog and crop farm in south central Minnesota, Heidi quickly developed a strong appreciation for agriculture starting at a young age. During her undergraduate studies, she also discovered a strong interest in marketing. Through internships with the Minnesota Pork Board and Compeer Financial, she gained valuable insights into the agricultural industry from various stakeholder perspectives. These experiences reinforced her desire to pursue a career that combined her passions for both agriculture and marketing, leading her to Precision Reach. As a member of the team, Heidi is most excited to gain experience in the paid media and advertising side of digital marketing. Her driving motivation stems from her strong desire to make a positive difference in the agricultural industry.
Aletha Laughlin
Digital Advertising Operations Specialist
Aletha was born and raised in Eastern Iowa. She graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in the Spring of 2020 with a degree in Marketing Management, and most recently obtained her MBA from St. Ambrose University in December of 2022. She has a background in retail management, so she is used to juggling different tasks and facing new challenges as they come. Most recently she spent time as a sales rep, selling digital and broadcast advertising for a local news station in her area. Aletha is excited to be joining the Precision Reach team, and she is ready to apply her knowledge and passion for marketing in this field, as well as learn more about programmatic advertising in the agriculture sphere.
Laurel Nebosis
Digital Advertising Operations Specialist
Laurel graduated from The College of Saint Benedict and Saint John’s University in the spring of 2023 where she obtained her Global Business Leadership Degree with a concentration in the field of Data Analytics. In the Spring of 2022, Laurel was lucky enough to study abroad in London, United Kingdom where she absorbed her new culture through classes, experiences, and an international internship. The analytics seminar that she took while abroad deepened Laurel’s passion for both analyzing and interpreting data. Laurel is excited to be joining Precision Reach as a Digital Advertising Operations Specialist and hopes to keep evolving her learning of the agriculture industry.
Owen Larsen
Digital Advertising, Sales & Marketing Intern
Owen is a rising senior at the University of Michigan. He is studying Communications and is looking at expanding his skillset into the area of digital marketing. He has gained a myriad of experiences, ranging from finance to childcare, and is now ready to learn about the world of agriculture through advertising. Owen is thrilled to join the Precision Reach team and gain experience in the growing field of programmatic advertising.
Leah Korkowski
Digital Advertising, Sales & Marketing Intern
Leah is from Lino Lakes, MN and is studying Marketing Analytics at the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. She plans on graduating December 2024. During her time at Eau Claire, she found herself fascinated by the power of digital platforms and learning about the best practices in real life scenarios. Her previous internship experience focused on sales at an association management firm. During that time, she became very familiar with prospecting, researching, and the general processes of sales. Leah is thrilled to join the Precision Reach team as a Digital Advertising, Sales and Marketing Intern and looks forward to continuing to grow her skill set and learn more about the agricultural industry as a whole!
Kate Stewart
Digital Advertising, Sales & Marketing Intern
As a Spanish and Enterprise Leadership major at the University of Iowa, Kate aspires to own an international business in advocacy one day. She studied abroad in the spring of 2023 in Spain, where she worked in the marketing department at an international language exchange school. Kate brings her passions of growth and interpersonal communication from this experience to her role at Precision Reach. She hopes to bring an international perspective to the team while learning how to develop campaigns and meet client needs interdepartmentally.
